Vårdilten is held every year on a Wednesday in early to mid-April. The race has rich traditions and was previously organized under the name Teledilten. In 2026, Vårdilten will take place on Wednesday, April 8, starting at 6:00 PM from Rattviksvingen in Gåseid. The course follows the sidewalk out towards Borgundgavlen, takes a detour through the area of the Sunnmøre Museum, and returns back to the starting area. The route has a total length of 4.27 km and is partially flat, except for a steep hill midway.

Highlights

  • There should be good parking options at the start.
  • We have also established a fitness class without timing, with an entry fee of 50 NOK.
  • After the race, there will be an award ceremony for the best male and female participants, along with a drawing for gift prizes.
